D · The three objections
Can I blur my data?
Yes. Send me the file with names and figures replaced with anything you like, or send me a screenshot of the structure and describe what's in it. I'm rebuilding how the information works, not reading your customer list. Nothing you send gets shared with anyone, ever.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. Plenty of episodes are just me and the screen. If you'd rather stay anonymous I'll change the business name and industry details so it isn't identifiable. If you're happy to appear, even better — but it's not a condition.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. Building these is the best content I can make, and I enjoy it more than anything else I do — so the video is the payment.
Some people ask me afterwards to wire up the rest: the calls, the follow-up, the automations, keeping it running. I charge for that, properly. Most people don't ask, and that's genuinely fine — you keep what I built either way.
E · Who I am
I’m David. I ran sales for a business we exited for multiple seven figures, and for years I built our weekly reports by hand at the kitchen table because I couldn’t plan Monday without them. Website visits, leads, showroom walk-ins, follow-up calls, what sold, what it was worth.
In 2010 I got so sick of it I taught myself to code and built us an app. It took eight months of nights and weekends. Today I’d build the same thing in an afternoon — and that’s the only thing that’s really changed. The tools got cheap. Knowing what to build didn’t.
That’s why this exists. Your business is almost certainly sitting on an eight month problem: something you do by hand, not because there’s no fix, but because building the fix used to cost more than the problem was worth. That maths changed and most people haven’t noticed yet.
