Files aren’t published. Anything you attach is stored privately and used only to understand your mess well enough to rebuild it.
Anonymous submissions have identifying details changed. If you ask to stay anonymous, your business name and industry details are altered before anything is filmed or published, so the business isn’t identifiable.
